This six-shot percussion revolver has been developed in the middle of the 19th century of the Americans Rogers and Spencer. At that time the Government of the Union commissioned to create a revolver for officers and thecavalry. The end of war stopped mass production of this revolver and the revolver was only used partially during the American Civil War.
